Project Overview
A forward-thinking cooperative providing electricity and telecommunications to Costa Rica’s coastal communities needed a next-level upgrade. Their existing platform had served its purpose, but as customer expectations evolved, so did the need for a more seamless, intuitive, and accessible experience.
The challenge was to create a portal that worked effortlessly for everyone—from tech-savvy expats who expect instant access to services, to local residents who might be newer to digital platforms and need a little extra confidence when navigating online.
Our approach
Beyond just a visual refresh, we redesigned the platform to:

Develop a fully responsive web and mobile platform for seamless navigation.

Outcome
At its heart, this project was about making technology intuitive and reliable. We built a platform that feels effortless to use, gives customers confidence in managing their services, and strengthens the cooperative’s connection with its community.
