Elke is an Industrial Design Engineer with a passion for creating meaningful and purposeful service design solutions. During her exchange at the Hochschule fur Gestaltung (HfG) in Germany, Elke expanded her global perspective in product design, UX/UI and usability, which has enriched her holistic approach to innovation.
Her experience includes an internship in the Auto Mercado Experience Transformation team, where she contributed to improving the user experience with the loyalty program. This project strengthened her belief that design must consider all parties involved, including customers, employees and end users, to generate a positive and lasting impact.

With a strong commitment to sustainability and environmental care, Elke seeks to align her actions and projects with these values. Her focus on creating safe spaces for negotiation and assertive communication allows her to authentically connect with her clients and colleagues, deeply understanding their needs and challenges to offer effective solutions.

In her spare time, Elke enjoys connecting with nature through activities such as crafts, dancing, singing, and planting. Her love for animals also forms an important part of her life, reinforcing her desire to design experiences that improve the well-being of all living beings. These activities not only allow her to relax, but also nurture her creativity and passion for designing purposeful solutions.
