Mercedes Chinchilla has a bachelor’s degree in Geography and a Master’s in Geographic Information Systems and Remote Sensing from the University of Costa Rica. She has studied in the field of Cybersecurity, Administration, Topography and Geology. She has technical certifications in ESRI, CompTIA, and Azure.
For more than 15 years, she has been dedicated to implementing Geographic Information Systems in various public and private institutions in Central America, supporting technology in the region’s countries.
